Oklahoma City (April 26, 2023) – CompSource Mutual Insurance Company employees raised more than $10,000 to benefit the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma (OKC) and the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma (Tulsa). The company regularly partners with both nonprofit organizations to host an annual food drive, which is facilitated by an employee-led committee.
Inspired by a Guiding Principle of Community, CompSource Mutual, with offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, frequently partners with local charitable organizations that give back. This fundraiser will distribute food to partnering agencies across Oklahoma, helping to fight food insecurity one meal at a time for children, adults, seniors, and families in need.
Through direct donations, employees raised $10,091.60 and 564 pounds of food, which will provide up to 40,831 meals to hungry Oklahomans in local and statewide communities.
