Injured Worker

No one ever plans on having a workplace injury. However, you can rest assured knowing CompSource Mutual is the workers’ compensation insurance provider for your employer. We will assist you in receiving the necessary medical treatment to get you safely back to work.

What Comes Next

It is important to notify your employer as soon as possible if you have sustained a work-related injury. If your injury is life or limb-threatening, seek immediate medical attention. In all other cases, contact your employer before seeking medical attention.

Claims Process

After your employer has filed a workers’ compensation claim with CompSource Mutual, a claims adjuster will be assigned to your case.

Generally, the claims adjuster will contact you, your employer and health care provider within 24 hours to coordinate necessary treatment and explain benefits. You can count on your claims adjuster to answer your questions and manage all claim-related activities until the claim is resolved.
