How ConsultCare Works:
When the injury happens:
- If an urgent injury occurs at work, call 911 or go to an emergency care facility.
- For non-emergency injuries, supervisors or injured employees can call ConsultCare at (855) 310-5448.
Getting help:
- Calls are answered by licensed registered nurses experienced in handling workplace injuries and illnesses.
- If appropriate, self-care or treatment recommendations are made (per guidelines).
- Referrals to local or telemedicine medical providers are made if necessary.
After the call:
- If you have additional non-emergency questions or need further guidance, feel free to reach back out to ConsultCare. If urgent symptoms arise, call 911 or go to an emergency care facility.
- Your dedicated CompSource Mutual claims representative will start the claim and reach out with the next steps.
