OKLAHOMA CITY (November 20, 2023) — CompSource Mutual Insurance Company announced today that Jason Clark, president and CEO, will depart the Company to pursue another opportunity, effective Dec. 1, 2023.
While the board conducts a search for the next leader of the organization, the executive leadership team will direct day-to-day operations with strategic oversight by the board.

While we will miss Jason’s leadership, he has developed an exceptional team to ensure the organization continues to meet its customers’ needs,” said Randal Allen, board chairman for CompSource Mutual.
