Trey Ingram

Chief Executive Officer

Trey Ingram currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at CompSource Mutual Insurance Company. His innovative approach and focus on growth are underpinned by his background in finance, with a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from Texas A&M University, and his status as a Chartered Financial Analyst. 

Prior to his role at CompSource Mutual, Trey was at the helm of Momentum AI as its Co-Founder and CEO. His tenure at this pioneering tech firm, specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning, was marked by significant advancements in the field, reflecting his dedication to innovation and cutting-edge technology. 

Before his successful venture into technology, Trey spent his early years in the energy sector. At Great White Energy Services, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development, where his initiatives were crucial in expanding the company’s market presence.  

Additionally, Trey spent over a decade in various executive roles at Legend Energy Services, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. His strategic leadership in these positions was vital to navigating complex projects and establishing Legend Energy Services as a key industry player. 

Steve Hardin

President and Chief Financial Officer

Steve Hardin is the President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for CompSource Mutual Insurance Company where he oversees financial reporting, insurance accounting, investment accounting and internal control. Steve is actively involved in CompSource’s strategic planning from a financial perspective and was instrumental in transitioning the organization into a mutual insurance company. During his time at CompSource, Steve has served as internal auditor and Vice President of Insurance Operations. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has worked in the savings and loan and insurance industries for most of his career.

He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in accounting. He is a former member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and was a certified financial examiner.

Mark Gruber

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mark Gruber is the Senior Vice President of Operations at CompSource Mutual Insurance Company. He has more than 20 years of workers’ compensation industry experience and has held leadership positions at several national insurance organizations prior to joining CompSource, including AIG Private Client Group Operations at American International Group, First Comp Insurance Company and Great American Insurance Companies. Mark has a proven track record of success in developing highly effective teams, increasing revenue, creating strong business relationships and leading companies through times of growth and change. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Drew Mildren

Executive Vice President, Legal and Corporate Resources

Drew leads a team committed to the protection and safety of CompSource Mutual’s intellectual and physical property and serves as General Counsel, a role he’s held since joining the company in 2018. His distinguished legal career includes private practice and in-house counsel expertise. In private practice, he began his career with Phillips Murrah P.C. in Oklahoma City and remains of counsel with the firm. When joining CompSource Mutual, he brought prior General Counsel experience having served in the role with a residential mortgage lender licensed in over 20 states.  

 Drew is listed in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. His accomplishments earned him the Journal Record Leadership in Law Award and inclusion in their Achievers under 40. Drew earned his undergraduate degree from Centre College (Kentucky) and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. 

Crystal Miller

Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Throughout Crystal’s 20-plus-year career, she has focused on leading organizational development and strategic human resources initiatives. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Chad Zenner

Executive Vice President, Marketing

He has spent the majority of his career in insurance leading marketing and digital initiatives for a variety of carriers, both startup and global. Before joining CompSource, Chad served as the Vice President of Marketing for GuideOne Insurance in West Des Moines, IA, where he led the organization through a major brand transformation. Before GuideOne, Chad served as Vice President of Marketing for AssureStart, a direct-to-consumer carrier providing BOP insurance to small businesses online. Additionally, Chad served as Director of Digital Marketing for Principal Financial Group and Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing at Marsh U.S. Consumer in Des Moines.

He is a graduate of Drake University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Rita Armer

Vice President of Internal Audit

As Vice President of Internal Audit at CompSource Mutual, Rita Armer leads a team committed to facilitating the achievement of organizational goals and strategic objectives through ensuring effective risk management, governance, and financial reporting controls and practices. Her extensive Internal Audit experience, combined with her cooperative spirit, has facilitated growth both in her own department and throughout CompSource Mutual. Rita is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). She earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.

Hunter Clark

Vice President of Business Development

Hunter Clark, our VP of Business Development, brings two decades of expertise in building relationships and driving sales in the insurance industry. With a focus on customer needs, he’s a recognized figure in commercial insurance across the Southern Plains and Southwest. Clark’s success spans roles at Safeco, The Hartford, and CNA, where he led strategies for significant commercial premium growth and built nationally recognized sales teams. Even when his tie comes off, Clark is a natural leader. Coaching youth sports, he fosters the growth of confident and capable future leaders. 

David Marioni

Vice President, Loss Containment

David is responsible for driving Claims Department initiatives, strategies, and customer experience. He brings 31 years of claims experience in multiple jurisdictions to his role at CompSource Mutual, including oversight of national programs such as Walmart, State Farm, and QBE. David attended California State University of Sacramento with a focus on Communications.

Janet McFeeters

Vice President of Business Advisory Services

Janet McFeeters serves as the Vice President of Business Advisory Services at CompSource Mutual. As the leader of CompSource Mutual’s Business Continuity Plan, she ensures that critical business processes are safeguarded against disruptions big and small, thereby minimizing downtime and the impact on operations. Additionally, she oversees Facilities Management and associated teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of physical spaces and assets. Janet plays a supporting role in strategic planning initiatives and reporting for the executive leadership team. She holds a CPA designation and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (Weatherford, OK).

Mike Paulin

Vice President and Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer (CIO) at CompSource Mutual, Michael “Mike” Paulin is responsible for all aspects of the company’s technology strategy, software development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. With two decades of experience in the IT sector, primarily with insurers such as AF Group, HW Kauffman (including its Burns & Wilcox flagship), and Donegal Insurance Group, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He focuses not only on technological advancements but also on mentorship and team development, valuing the collective efforts of all team members. Mike holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Grand Valley State University, where he also completed is undergraduate studies.

Brent Toups

Assistant Vice President of Underwriting​

Brent has more than 20 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry. Previously, he served as Vice President of Policyholder Services for Louisiana Workers Compensation Corporation. Throughout his career, Brent has held leadership roles in underwriting, premium audit, marketing, loss control, and operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Nicholls State University.

Henry Gituma

Assistant Vice President, Risk and Actuarial Services

Henry oversees actuarial function, enterprise risk management, reinsurance, capital modeling, and statistical reporting. At CompSource Mutual, he has served as staff accountant, analyst, and actuarial and modeling manager. Henry is a member of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF) ERM Committee.

Henry graduated with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and a minor in Business. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
