Steve Hardin
Acting President
Steve Hardin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for CompSource Mutual Insurance Company where he oversees financial reporting, insurance accounting, investment accounting and internal control. Steve is actively involved in CompSource’s strategic planning from a financial perspective and was instrumental in transitioning the organization into a mutual insurance company. During his time at CompSource, Steve has served as internal auditor and Vice President of Insurance Operations. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has worked in the savings and loan and insurance industries for most of his career.
He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in accounting. He is a former member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and was a certified financial examiner.

Mike Potter
Chief Information Officer & Vice President of Strategic Alignment
Mike is the CIO and VP of Strategic Alignment for CompSource Mutual Insurance Company. He has held this role since June 2016. Mike brings over 30 years of experience in information technology and leadership to CompSource Mutual. Mike joined CompSource Mutual from the energy industry where he held both technology and leadership roles with EDS, Halliburton, Deloitte, and Devon Energy. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston in 1984. Mike served as the 2018 IT Committee Chairperson for the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF).

Drew Mildren
General Counsel
Drew joined CompSource Mutual in 2018 and serves as General Counsel, bringing with him a distinguished legal career, both in private practice and as in-house counsel. Prior to joining CompSource, Drew served as General Counsel for a residential mortgage lender licensed in over 20 states and headquartered in Oklahoma City. He began his legal career in private practice at Phillips Murrah P.C. and remains of counsel with the firm. Drew is listed in Best Lawyers as well as Super Lawyers, and his accomplishments earned him the Journal Record Leadership in Law Award as well as inclusion in Achievers under 40. Drew earned his undergraduate degree from Centre College (Kentucky) and Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Chad Zenner
Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations
He has spent the majority of his career in insurance leading marketing and digital initiatives for a variety of carriers, both startup and global. Before joining CompSource, Chad served as the Vice President of Marketing for GuideOne Insurance in West Des Moines, IA, where he led the organization through a major brand transformation. Before GuideOne, Chad served as Vice President of Marketing for AssureStart, a direct-to-consumer carrier providing BOP insurance to small businesses online. Additionally, Chad served as Director of Digital Marketing for Principal Financial Group and Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing at Marsh U.S. Consumer in Des Moines.
He is a graduate of Drake University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
David Marioni
Assistant Vice President of Claims
David is responsible for driving Claims Department initiatives, strategies, and customer experience. He brings 31 years of claims experience in multiple jurisdictions to his role at CompSource Mutual, including oversight of national programs such as Walmart, State Farm, and QBE. David attended California State University of Sacramento with a focus on Communications.

Henry Gituma
Director of Risk & Actuarial Services
Henry oversees actuarial function, enterprise risk management, reinsurance, capital modeling, and statistical reporting. At CompSource Mutual, he has served as staff accountant, analyst, and actuarial and modeling manager. Henry is a member of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF) ERM Committee.
Henry graduated with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and a minor in Business. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
