The recognition centers on CompSource Mutual’s AI Advantage program, which established appropriate governance and training protocols, then deployed a contingent of AI-certified employees across the organization who turned ad hoc AI experimentation into measurable value. Proof-of-concept automations eliminated more than 1,000 hours of manual work, time that could be rededicated to delivering better experiences for customers.
