COVID-19 Update

7-27-2021 UPDATE

Following updated CDC guidance and for the safety of our employees and their families we ask that any visitor, vaccinated or not, wear a mask covering the nose and mouth while inside our buildings.

Whenever possible, please limit the number of individuals you bring with you to only those necessary to do business or children who can’t be left unattended.

We anticipate offering face-to-face meetings with customers and CompSource Mutual team members, but availability may vary, leading to long wait times or the need for a virtual visit. If that happens, we will provide you with the tools for a virtual meeting in one of our offices. Thank you for allowing CompSource Mutual to be your trusted partner.

7-16-2021 UPDATE

To our dedicated customers, thank you for adapting with us through the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 virus. Your flexibility allowed us to continue serving you while offering the safest workplace possible to our employees. Thank you.

Beginning July 19, 2021, walk-ins will be welcomed in either our Oklahoma City or Tulsa offices, and vaccinated customers do not need to wear a mask. However, for the safety of our employees and their families, we ask that any unvaccinated visitor wear a mask, over the nose and mouth, while inside the building.

Whenever possible, please limit the number of individuals you bring with you to only those necessary to do business or children who can’t be left unattended.

We anticipate face-to-face meetings with customers and CompSource Mutual team members, but availability may vary, leading to long wait times or the need for a virtual visit. If that happens, we will provide you with the tools for a virtual meeting in one of our offices.

Thank you for allowing CompSource Mutual to be your trusted partner.

3-31-2020 Update

As our communities take unprecedented steps to combat the spread of COVID-19, the impact has already been felt by individuals, families and businesses across Oklahoma. The response in Oklahoma has been impressive and inspiring as Oklahomans come together to work together to defeat this virus.

We know at CompSource Mutual COVID-19 has brought with it not only concerns for our physical health but also the health of our businesses by the disruption from a rapidly evolving and historic public health event. Your business may be like many today, facing uncertainty.

In these challenging times, our commitment to you remains the same – to take care of you and protect the future. That is why we are implementing the following steps immediately to help all of us navigate through the current crisis as best we can together.

  • Reinstatement option for lapsed policies
If a policy has lapsed, it can be reinstated within 14 days if the policyholder is willing to attest that no claims or on-the-job injuries have occurred in that time.
  • Lengthened the renewal grace period
Our renewal grace period has been extended from 10 days to 30 days.
  • Option to reduce premium for businesses still paying non-working employees
Some businesses are able to pay employees even though they’re not working. To show our appreciation for this generosity, we will exclude those wages from payroll calculations which will help lower the premium due. Some paperwork will be necessary, so please contact our Underwriters for guidance.
  • Payment assistance
If you’re experiencing financial difficulties due to coronavirus and need assistance, please get in touch. We’ve empowered our employees to find payment options for you. Contact our Billing Department to discuss options.

For 24-hour service, you are encouraged to pay your bill or file claims using our website. If you have not created your online account, it’s very simple.  Click the “Customer Login” button located in the upper right corner of the website. All you need is your assigned account number.

While it is hard to imagine the future with today’s uncertainties, we at CompSource Mutual are sure we will overcome the current crisis. And in the days ahead, we will do our best to help you and your business through this tough time.

Please take care of yourself and your loved ones and be safe.

Best regards,

Jason Clark
President and CEO
