We know at CompSource Mutual COVID-19 has brought with it not only concerns for our physical health but also the health of our businesses by the disruption from a rapidly evolving and historic public health event. Your business may be like many today, facing uncertainty.
In these challenging times, our commitment to you remains the same – to take care of you and protect the future. That is why we are implementing the following steps immediately to help all of us navigate through the current crisis as best we can together.
- Reinstatement option for lapsed policies
If a policy has lapsed, it can be reinstated within 14 days if the policyholder is willing to attest that no claims or on-the-job injuries have occurred in that time.
- Lengthened the renewal grace period
Our renewal grace period has been extended from 10 days to 30 days.
- Option to reduce premium for businesses still paying non-working employees
Some businesses are able to pay employees even though they’re not working. To show our appreciation for this generosity, we will exclude those wages from payroll calculations which will help lower the premium due. Some paperwork will be necessary, so please contact our Underwriters for guidance.
- Payment assistance
If you’re experiencing financial difficulties due to coronavirus and need assistance, please get in touch. We’ve empowered our employees to find payment options for you. Contact our Billing Department to discuss options.
For 24-hour service, you are encouraged to pay your bill or file claims using our website. If you have not created your online account, it’s very simple. Click the “Customer Login” button located in the upper right corner of the website. All you need is your assigned account number.

CompSource Mutual is open for business via phone, email and online. However, our Oklahoma City and Tulsa buildings are closed until further notice.
We will continue to receive and post bills and pay claims in a timely manner. Our employees are available as always by phone and email to assist you. You are encouraged to pay your bill or file claims using our online portal or mail a check to the address on your invoice.
